Why do we have The most stable SPC flooring?
Our flooring is using dolomite powder as the main material, which contains about 66% dolomite powder, 33% PVC and 1% additives, and the color is natural red. Our dolomite powder is a natural raw material containing about 22.8%-25.6% magnesium oxide, which is the super quality natural magnesium oxide! While the ordinary SPC floor does not contain magnesium oxide. Magnesium is the most stable structural metal in nature because of its ductility. Magnesium metal can improve the V-SPC floor structure and has stronger stability.
We are committed to making products with a thickness of more than 1mm, which makes the surface treatment of our products more various. We can brushing, hand scrapping and reactive staining.
Standard treatment we mainly use UV Lacquered， UV oiled and hard wax oil can also be used。
The main species we use are European oak and Chinese oak, which can provide a complete supply chain legal proof and meet the requirements of EUTR for European market

Why choose WSPC Flooring?
WSPC/VSPC is defined as a layer of solid wood veneer (thickness 0.6mm, 1mm, 1.2mm, and 2mm) attached to the SPC support back. It combines the advantages of both SPC and wood floors: providing moisture-proof function while still keeping the natural properties of wood floors. Its stability is superior to any type of wood floor and has been wildly considered a substitute for solid wood / composite floors in the future.
Perfect moisture-proof function. The SPC back is completely waterproof, and the upper veneer will also do well as long as it is not soaked in water for long time.
Better thermal conductivity when compare to wood floors and solid wood composite floors, therefore more suitable for under floor heating system.
WSPC expansion and contraction ratio is only 0.01%, considerably smaller than solid wood floors 0.1%. High stability is a key advantage when using it in big humidity and temperature differences environment, as well as in large-area installation.
Same surface treatments as natural wood flooring, such as brush, hand scraped, antique treatments, coating can be same too with oil or UV lacquer

FAQ
Generally we supply UV lacquered and UV oil on WSPC flooring. UV finish can give good protect to the veneer.
According to EN 13329:2016. Abrasion/Wear resistance test, the Average Initial wear point value is over 4000. That is extremely super protect coating for Home.
With 1mm real wood veneers, the WPSC flooring can be textured with Brush, Handscrape, sawn mark, the texture will be the same as wood flooring. 0.6mm real wood veneer SPC flooring only works for brush finish.
We sell 90% of Oak veneer SPC, we use European oak, Chinese White oak and US White oak. Cherry, Blackwalnt, Teak all Available.
WSPC flooring can be installed in a relatively damp area, its base SPC is totally water proof, the UV coating can protect the wood veneer well. Specially for big area, WSPC flooring is much more stable than wood engineered flooring.
